Board meetings, delegation visits, launches and celebrations - produced end to end.

Send the request in a sentence – however unusual, however late. Your lifestyle manager works the problem, returns with what is possible, and then quietly makes it happen.
And when something genuinely cannot be done, you will hear so plainly, along with the best alternative we can find. We would rather be honest than impressive.
Never. A forgotten charger, a prescription collected, a suit pressed before dinner - the small things are often what make a stay effortless, and they receive the same care as the large ones.
Every request is acknowledged within the hour, day or night. Many are resolved the same day; where something needs longer, you will know exactly what to expect and when.
Regularly. Boardrooms, offsites, visiting teams and protocol-sensitive arrangements are all managed discreetly, in coordination with your own staff or security.
Each is quoted individually once we understand the brief. You will always have a clear figure and any third-party costs in writing before we proceed - no surprises.
Only what is unlawful or unsafe. Beyond that, if it can be done in the Cape, we will find the way - and if it truly cannot, we will tell you plainly and offer the closest alternative.
